Throughout my 20+ years in nonprofit marketing, communications, and PR, I've developed deep expertise in strategic positioning, leadership development, and what makes leaders effective and memorable. I've built organizational strategies, led teams, developed brands, and helped countless leaders step into visibility with authority. But I've also lived the midlife leadership transition myself: navigating perimenopause while leading at a senior level, questioning what's next while still performing at the highest standards, and evolving how I show up without starting over.
