I have felt that way for years. Navigating this time has often felt like riding a roller coaster with a blindfold. Which is why I created Bloom, a three-month program designed specifically for women who are ready to reclaim their voice, redefine their goals, and thrive as leaders in every aspect of life.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Embodied Leadership for Midlife Women

Embark on a empowering experience designed for women in midlife. This program goes beyond traditional leadership development, offering an evidence-based curriculum rooted in frameworks like McKinsey’s Centered Leadership Model. We address not only your professional growth but also your well-being and personal fulfillment - because you are more than your job title. Step into this journey to thrive, lead authentically, and shape your future with confidence.

  • Session One

Self-Discovery & Foundations

In our first session, we will reflect on the importance of women’s leadership and explore how this coaching program serves as a powerful first step in championing your own leadership journey.

We’ll also introduce the Centered Leadership Model by McKinsey—a research-backed framework that empowers women to lead with meaning, resilience, and impact. This model will serve as a touchstone throughout our work together, helping you build on your strengths and navigate your unique leadership path.

We’ll also create space for you to reflect - I’ll guide you through self-discovery exercises that will help you reconnect with who you are beneath all your roles and responsibilities, as well as social and societal pressures. We’ll discuss strategies for embracing change as an opportunity for growth.

  • Session Two

Deconstruction

As girls, we’re often socialized to prioritize others’ expectations and seek acceptance for a sense of belonging. In this session, we’ll shine a light on these inherited beliefs and actively challenge the narratives that no longer serve you. Through guided exercises, you’ll learn to recognize and deconstruct limiting beliefs, making space to rewrite your story on your own terms.

We’ll also explore how to navigate shifting identities and reframe midlife as a powerful period of renewed leadership and possibility. Together, we’ll clarify your core values, surface your unique strengths, and identify what truly matters to you right now—laying a strong foundation for authentic, purpose-driven leadership.

  • Session Three

Alignment

In this session, we’ll discuss the changes and challenges you’re navigating - whether it’s perimenopause, shifting family dynamics, or uncertainty about what’s next. Together, we’ll explore how these transitions impact your sense of self and leadership journey.

Using insights from the Centered Leadership Model, we’ll help you redefine your personal and professional goals so they align with your evolving values and identity. This process will empower you to create a vision for meaningful impact and legacy, both in your career and your life.

  • Session Four

(Re)Building

As we move into the fourth session, we’ll focus on building resilience and confidence. Here, you’ll begin to shift old patterns and limiting beliefs. You’ll feel your confidence grow as you see yourself-and your possibilities-with fresh eyes.

Also, you will learn practical strategies for managing stress, navigating the emotional ups and downs of midlife, and finding balance between caring for others and caring for yourself.

  • Session Five

Balance and Barriers

In this session, we’ll focus on sustaining your leadership effectiveness by building practical resilience for the long term. You’ll learn how to confidently advocate for your needs, both at work and at home, using assertive communication strategies. We’ll explore how to foster inclusive cultures that value and leverage midlife experiences, recognizing the broader impact you can have as a leader.

Together, we’ll develop strategies to balance family caregiving, personal well-being, and professional responsibilities, ensuring you can lead with energy, clarity and purpose.

  • Session Six

Your Leadership in Motion

In our final session, we will put together your personalized leadership plan. This will help you sustain momentum and prioritize long-term well-being. We’ll reflect on your leadership journey, celebrate your growth, and articulate the legacy you wish to create—both for yourself and for the women leaders who follow. You’ll leave with a clear commitment to ongoing growth and a concrete action plan to champion your leadership and the advancement of others.
